Xiuli completed her Bachelors in Psychology at HELP University. Upon completion of her program, Xiuli worked as an administrative executive at the Centre for Psychological and Counselling Services. Her experience at the Centre fueled her interest to pursue her education further with the hopes of providing quality mental healthcare services to the local community. Xiuli is presently attached at SHIELD as a clinical psychology intern to complete the training requirements for her course. Xiuli is interested in Mindfulness-based approaches, Existential approaches, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Xiuli is fluent in English, and can converse in Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka. She hopes to improve her Malay language skills in order to service a wider community in Malaysia.
