We are preoccupied with "What's wrong" approach because we have been trained (formally and informally) to look for problems, weaknesses, and pathology in people. We want to find out what's wrong with people so that we can "fix them". What if there is an alternative approach to help people?

In this workshop, you will learn to

1. Gain a basic understanding of the conceptual and theoretical foundations of positive psychology.

2. Identify previous works, scholars and developments that have influenced the field of positive psychology.

3. Apply the PERMA well-being framework.

4. Gain a wide range of positive psychology activities, tools, strategies and resources to help people flourish.
